With over a decade of hands-on experience in People Operations and HR leadership, I founded UrHRBestie because I saw a real gap. Small businesses and growing teams were trying to figure out HR on their own, while enterprise organizations had entire departments, systems, and budgets dedicated to getting it right. I wanted to change that.
I've spent my career supporting global workforces across the US, EMEA, APAC, and Canada, leading HR operations in some of the fastest-paced, high-growth environments you can imagine. I've managed everything from high-volume employee support and complex compliance programs to cross-functional initiatives that touched every corner of the business. I know what it takes to build HR systems that actually work because I've built them, fixed them, and scaled them at every level.
My expertise spans HR operations, process design, global M&A integrations, benefits strategy, compliance, and HRIS implementation. Workday is my playground. But beyond the strategy and the systems, what I'm most known for is leading with empathy. Because at the end of the day, every policy, every process, and every decision touches a real person, and I never lose sight of that.
